Objectives: This program is designed to educate MS4 Field Staff on how to identify, document, and course of action to take if suspecting or witnessing a discharge, it will also provide information on the City’s IDD written SOP’s, Tracking # of Inspections, Standard Forms and Reporting procedures. Establish an understanding of high potential risk areas, drainage basins and inventory. Allowable discharges, “Proactive vs Reactive” IDD Programs Target Audience: field crews, fleet maintenance staff, inspectors and contractors.
