Pre-requisite: Participants must posses a minimum of Level 5 (Dolphin) swimming skills. This includes: front crawl and back crawl for 50 yards each; breaststroke for 10 yards; and perform a standing front dive from the deck.
Objective: To provide an introduction to competitive swimming. Students learn starts &turns and participate in drills for the competitive sports. The drills are designed to improve technique and to develop both speed and endurance.
