Prior to 2003, she enjoyed a 20 year career in the retail industry that included sales management, corporate training and retail buying. Lynne’s informal study of behavioral styles began in 1977 as a sales associate at Belk’s Department store. Since that time, a multitude of opportunities have come her way to observe the behavior of people in both business and personal settings.
