Vision is Priceless will be hosting its 30th Annual BBQ and Western event on Saturday, March 16 at the St. Augustine Rod & Gun Club. The event’s primary sponsors are two of Jacksonville’s most recognized companies, Miller Electric Company and W.W. Gay Mechanical Contractor. For the last three decades, guests have gathered at the Rod & Gun Club in St. Augustine to raise funds to support Vision is Priceless. Over 500 guests from all over Northeast Florida attend to sample the wonderful BBQ dinner, cooked and served by generations of volunteers to support this cause. Guests will be able to bid on exciting auction items and dance the night away to the sounds of George Aspinall Band & Cloud 9. The event is open to the public and everyone is encouraged to attend. Vision Is Priceless serves as the premier community resource for improving the vision health of First Coast children and adults through screening, referral, and education. Each year VIP screens over 33,000 children and adults, serving as the primary screener for preschool children in the First Coast.
