In honor of JAXPORT's 50th Anniversary, JAXPORT is organizing free tours of the port throughout 2013. Tours are free, open to the public and limited to the first 49 people who register for each event. The next tour is scheduled for Friday, March 22, 2013. Overview Tour participants will have a window-side presentation and view of the companies operating at JAXPORT’s Blount Island Marine Terminal, a 754-acre modern maritime facility and JAXPORT’s largest marine terminal. A JAXPORT tour guide will lead the tour on board the bus. ***Security Information Required*** Pre-registration through Eventbrite is required. Please enter all required information. If you are 18 years old or older, to attend the tour you'll need to bring your driver’s license, state ID or passport. If you do not bring your driver's license, state ID or passport on the day of the tour, you will *not* be allowed to attend. If you are younger than 18, your parent or guardian must attend with you. Meeting place We’ll meet at the Cruise Terminal for safety and security. Parking is free for these public port tours.
