Athletes, dancers, and body conscious individuals, alike, are sure to be enlightened by the philosophy and methods of Mr. Scott Putnam, who is traveling here to Jacksonville to teach the Elemental Body Alignment System, EBAS. Students will learn strengthening exercises designed to integrate the body while increasing flexibility, range of motion, and core strength.
