Our Healthy Eating Specialist, Heather, is joined by our resident sandwich enthusiast, Bridgette, to inspire you to go beyond deli meats and cheese! In fact, each of these recipes is free of animal products and still guaranteed to fill you up without filling you out. On the menu: Mock Tuna Salad, Hummus Veggie Pizza Wraps and Cucumber-Tahini Sandwiches. Space is limited & pre-registration is required. Please reserve your spot no later than Sunday, June 21.Please reserve your spot online in advance and pay the registration fee at customer service approximately 5-10 minutes before class. A receipt and/or wristband is required for admittance.
