The cowboy was, pardon the pun, feeling his oats.
Described by cops as “highly intoxicated," James Mouton rode his trusty steed into Cowboy’s saloon in Scott, Louisiana and began tossing his rope.
After a horseback tour of the facility he left and returned, still atop his horse several times.
Mouton then put the icing on his rum cake by riding into the parking lot and lassoing a man there.
But that wasn’t enough.
He continued by dragging the poor guy around the parking lot, leaving the man with a pretty good case of road rash.
Mouton then rode his horse home and came back to the bar on foot before being arrested by cops after hiding behind a horse trailer in the parking lot.
He’s out on bail, no word on whether the horse had been drinking as well.
