Emilia Palmer has a serious lung condition that prohibits her from doing many things normal kids can.
But she’s always been a huge fan of the show “Top Gears” and its star Richard Hammond.
Emilia’s dream has always been to get a ride with Hammond in a hot pink Lamborghini and now that dream has come true.
Thanks to the organization Rays of Sunshine, Hammond appeared on the little girl’s porch with a car so bright you almost need sunglasses to look at it.
The car was donated by H R Owen and then painted pink by a luxury car shop called Yiannamize.
The car was then airlifted by a helicopter to Emilia’s hometown and Hammond hopped in and sped to the home.
Hammond knocked and when Emilia came to the door he grinned and said “you won’t believe what’s waiting out there for us.”
Emilia’s mouth opened with delight and the two proceeded to take a long drive around the city.
At the end of the day Hammond called the whole thing “so worthwhile.”
Emilia’s mom Rachel told the Hereford Times it was a “fantastic day that we will all remember as a family. We are so grateful to Rays of Sunshine and everyone involved for making every aspect of Emilia’s wish happen.”
