A man was arrested Tuesday after his vehicle got stuck in the snow outside a house police say he broke into.
Seth R. Cook, 22, was arrested shortly after 9 a.m. by deputies with the Clark County, Ohio, Sheriff's Office.
A release states that deputies were called to a home on reports of a burglary in progress.
When they arrived on scene, investigators found a car -- and the driver -- stuck in the snow off the home's driveway.
When questioned, Cook said he stopped at the house and got stuck, but denied entering the building. Investigators, however, said they discovered that Cook had broken into the home through the front door and also into a detached garage.
Several items stolen from the house were found inside Cook's car, according to officials with the Sheriff's Office.
Deputies discovered Cook had several outstanding warrants to his name, including cruelty to animals and falsification charges.
Cook was arrested and jailed.
