Investigations kept Jacksonville Police busy in two different parts of the city today.

They're looking into why a body washed ashore on Little Talbot Island today. The body has been removed. The man has been identified, but police are still working to contact his family.

Police are also investigating a triple shooting on the city's northwest side. Three men were shot and then rushed to Shands Hospital, after a gunman drove up and started firing. Two of the victims were said to be in live-threatening condition. The shooter in this case has not been identified or located yet.

The SWAT Team is also attempting to get a suspect out of a house off of West First and Canal streets. The suspect might or might not be inside of the Northwest Jacksonville house, but they want to ask that person about shots that were fired into a car.
