Five people are in custody following a bomb squad investigation in a Dinsmore neighborhood early Wednesday.

According to the incident report the men range from ages 14 to 23.

Police say 18-year-old Randy James Harris, 17-year-old Corey Francis, 14-year-old Dylan Francis, 18-year old Christopher Combs and 23-year-old Eric Mathis all confessed to constructing and throwing the bombs.

The Jacksonville Sheriff's Deputies arrived to an address in Northwest Jacksonville late Tuesday where they found an acid bomb that blew up Sunday.

JSO said deputies pulled over a vehicle matching the description of a suspect vehicle in connection to the bomb that blew up Sunday. The incident report indicates all five men were inside the car when police pulled them over for a traffic stop. Investigators say the driver consented to the car being searched and that's when police say they found numerous plastic bombs inside the car.

All five are charged with making/throwing a destructive device.  JSO says no one was injured in the bomb-throwing incidents.
