St. Augustine woman arrested for phony child abuse reports

St. Johns County police arrest a St. Augustine woman for extortion, aggravated stalking, and making false reports to the Department of Children and Families.
The Sheriff's Office says Tawny Blazejowski, 39, was using the Crime Stoppers tip line and the cyber-tip line with the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children to make false reports of sexual and physical child abuse against people who complained that she was stalking them.
Police say Blazejowski continually reported false crimes against several victims to try and impact their personal and professional lives.
In all, six victimd were identified as being the target of Blazejowski's harassment.
According to police, detectives located evidence to support Blazejowski was using various means to allegedly threaten and extort her victims.
She was arrested and charged with two counts of extortion in April 2013. She was released on $100,000 bond.
Now she's charged with extortion, four counts of aggravacted stalking and making false reports to DCF.  Blazejowski is now in St. Johns County jail with a $20,000 bond.
