The Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office is working to identify a body found behind the Federal Reserve Bank on Water Street in Downtown Jacksonville.
We’re told there are no immediate signs of trauma on the body, but an exact cause of death has not yet been determined. The body is a male who was fully clothed and floating in the water behind the building.
The body was first found by a boater this morning. Police are looking through missing persons reports as part of their investigation.
