Christian water park to ban "revealing swimwear"

The Splash Kingdom Family Waterpark will not allow thongs or "excessively revealing swim wear."

Denim and alcohol will also be disallowed, and they won’t be afraid to back it up.

When the Brazoria, Texas park opens next year employees will be empowered to ask swimmers to cover up, or leave.

"A family-friendly dress code will be strictly enforced," Splash Kingdom CEO and President Johnny Blevins told the Houston Chronicle. "We're a very family-friendly business."

“Our goal is to glorify God while providing a fun, safe recreational area for families,” he continued.

Fox news reports the company website doesn't include a dress code, or describe what will quality as excessively revealing.

There are two other Splash Kingdom parks operating around Texas with two more planned for summer 2015.

Just last year a woman was asked to leave a water park when it was determined her bikini was too small. See that story here.
