The Clay County Sheriff's Office is mourning the loss of one of there own.
Coworkers say they became concerned when 46-year-old Detention Deputy Brian Cason didn't show up for his job last night.
JSO says when they arrived at his home, they discovered Cason deceased in his bed.
Right now, the medical examiners office are determining the cause of death.
So far, there are no signs of foul play.
