The man accused of killing a Jacksonville teenager in a fight over loud music is now facing a wrongful death lawsuit.

Michael Dunn is charged with first degree murder for last November's shooting at a southside gas station.

The family of Jordan Davis has filed a civil lawsuit, claiming emotional distress and defamation.

The parents of two other teenagers in the vehicle with Davis have filed separate lawsuits against Dunn.
