Fatal hit-and-run under investigation in Orange Park

The Florida Highway Patrol is investigating a deadly hit-and-run on Capella Road in Orange Park.

Troopers say 26-year-old Dorrien Mann, from Middleburg, was found unresponsive just before 8AM. Fire Rescue pronounced the victim dead a few minutes later.

FHP believes the man was hit by a vehicle that then fled the scene. There’s no information immediately available about the suspect or suspect vehicle.
