A search warrant executed at FastTrain College today has students wondering what comes next.
Tony Hale is set to graduate in June. He is studying IT while working as a courier in Jacksonville during the day. As of now, he says the school hasn’t told him of any change in daily operations.
“I hope all my credits aren’t gone and I just hope I can keep going to school to get my career going,” he says.
The FBI and US Department of Education Office of Inspector General executed the warrant this morning as part of an ongoing joint investigation. Jacksonville FBI Special Agent Jeff Westcott says, at this time, the agency will not disclose the scope of the investigation.
Our news partner Channel 4 reports the investigation uncovered "deceptive and otherwise questionable sales and marketing practices," according to a government inquiry.
