Jacksonville, Fl. — Florida Blue is teaming up with New Directions Behavioral Health to offer emotional support to individuals and their loved ones impacted by Hurricane Irma.
The companies are providing community access to specially trained behavioral health counselors through a 24-hour hotline at: 1.800.843.6514

Licensed clinicians will be available to speak to anyone in Florida free of charge they can help people with feelings of stress, anxiety, trauma, and grief due to the damaging effects of the major storm.
The emotional support is offered both English and Spanish speakers, and does not require insurance. Callers may also receive referrals to community resources to help them with emergency services (shelter, clothing, food, financial, etc.).
