The FLorida Lieutenant Governor's Office will remain shut down for now.
Former Lieutenant Governor Jennifer Carroll resigned earlier this month after being interviewed in an investigation in to Allied Veterans of the World.
Governor Rick Scott says he will not name a successor until the legislative session is over, and leaving the office shut comes as a cost saving measure.
The four employees in the former office will now lose their jobs.
Carroll has been interviewed by law enforcement; however, she has not been formally charged with any wrongdoing.
