Group of Jaguars fans planning round trip bus ride to Pittsburgh for playoff game

Jacksonville, Fl. — It’s a quick trip but a group of Jaguar fans is planning a bus trip to support the Jacksonville Jaguars take on the Pittsburgh Steelers in their second playoff game.

"Our main focus is to get there and cheer our guys on and we are so very proud of them," says Nikki McGlockton, the organizer of the trip.

The charter bus is scheduled to leave EverBank Field Saturday night at 7 p.m and they will arrive Sunday in time for breakfast around 9 a.m. McGlockton says there will be time for tail-gaiting before the game.

The roundtrip is $180 and you are responsible for your own ticket and food. Seats are still available but the payment deadline is 3:00 p.m. January 12th.

If you’re looking to buy a seat you are asked to call McGlockton at (850) 251-6600 or cash app $NikkiMcGlockton, but she strongly encourages that you give her a call to make sure a seat is still available.

McGlockton says they will have push-out drivers.

"What that means is every so many hours that the drivers are allowed to drive, there is a well-rested driver at a destination, waiting to switch out with that driver."

They have three different driver changes.

The charter bus will have a bathroom and wi-fi. You are encouraged to bring your snacks, blanket, and pillows.

McGlockton says there will be room for small coolers and fans are allowed to bring alcohol as long as it’s closed.
