Clay County, FL - One of the men accused of handling the stolen gun that was used to kill Clay County Detective David White has now pled guilty.
The State Attorney’s Office is seeking no fewer than seven years in prison for Christopher Henderson, who pled to Dealing in Stolen Property. He will be sentenced July 16th.
Two other people who handled the gun, including the one who’s accused of initially stealing it, have already pled guilty and been sentenced to seven years in prison each. One other co-defendant remains- Curtis Dingler has a court date July 2nd.
