A Jacksonville felon is likely headed back to prison following his recent conviction in a rape case.
Jamie Spivey was convicted on one count of sexual battery for the attack on a woman in January 2012.
Prosecutors say the woman and a few friends were at Spivey's house drinking and hanging out. While the victim was asleep, Spivey raped her.
The State Attorney's Office says Spivey is considered a Habitual Felony Offender, Habitual Violent Felony Offender and a Prison Release Reoffender.

His previous convictions include Burglary and Aggravated Battery. The crimes occurred in Pinellas and Duval counties.
Spivey now faces 30 years with a minimum mandatory of 15 years in prison.
