Jax man pleads guilty to stabbing mother, stepfather

A 45 year-old Jacksonville man pleaded guilty to killing his mother and stepfather.

Ted Allen Taylor is sentenced to life in prison without the possibility of parole for killing Dennis and Sandra Biggins.

The State Attorney’s Office says in January 2007, officers discovered the two stabbed to death inside their home on Camshire Drive.

The investigation revealed that Taylor had been living with the victims while on parole from Texas for attempted murder.  After stabbing the couple to death, prosecutors say Taylor fled the state but was later arrested in Texas.
