JSO: High school feud fueled Arlington double shooting

Jacksonville police arrest two men in connection with a murder and attempted murder in the Arlington area two weeks ago.
JSO says 19-year-old Sayton Waller has been charged with the murder of Kamilah Uritah and the attempted murder of Liston Georges III after he allegedly walked up to their car outside their Arlington apartment and fired several shots into the front seat on October 7th. Uritah was pronounced dead at the scene and Georges III was taken to UF Health with critical injuries. A 10-month-old, Liston Georges IV, was unharmed in the back seat.
"There was an ongoing feud which stemmed years ago back from high school between the surviving victim...and the shooter and this case...It was just an ongoing feud that, I guess, the suspect in this case decided to settle this day," says JSO Assistant Chief Chris Butler.
Butler says police found the murder weapon with the serial number filed off as well as physical evidence linking Waller to the scene. According to police, Uritah and Georges III were neighbors of Sayton Waller at Charter Landing.
"They'd actually lived in the apartment at that complex for less than two weeks," Butler says.
Also arrested was 19-year-old Herode Joseph, who admitted to driving Waller to the shooting scene and away after. He's been charged with principal in the first degree
