JSO investigating after body found in car

A man is found dead inside a car near Oakleaf.

The Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office responded to Buck Hills Court, off Old Middleburg Road South, after employees at a model home site reported suspicious circumstances in the parking lot. Police found a body in a small car in the parking lot.

We’re told there are no overt signs of foul play, but the cause of death hasn’t yet been determined. JSO wouldn’t disclose any information at this time about his the victim was situated in the car, and they’re working to confirm his identity at this time.
