JSO releases new information about deadly hit-and-run crash, asks for any tips

Jacksonville, FL — The Jacksonville Sheriff's Office is asking the public for help, a week after a deadly hit-and-run crash, involving a pedestrian.

JSO says on August 11, at approximately 9:55 p.m, Anna Kelsey, 56, was fatally hit by a vehicle while crossing Lane Avenue, near the intersection of Wiley Road.

Police say the vehicle, which left the scene, may be an unknown colored, 2005-2007 Dodge Magnum. They say it should have damage to the front driver’s side headlight or fog light assembly.
