JSO searches for murder suspect

The Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office needs your help locating a man wanted for a murder early last month.

27-year-old James Hiawatha Russell is wanted for murder and possession of a firearm by a convicted felon.  He is suspected in the murder of Philippe Foster on Sunday, November 4 at the intersection of APR and Jessie St.

Russell is 6’ and 175 lbs.  He is considered armed and dangerous.
