Prosecutors say Marissa Alexander violated her bond and they aren't happy about it.
An attorney for Alexander says the claims aren't true and charge that every time Alexander left her home she had the permission of her correctional officer.
WOKV's legal Analyst Mark Rubin says the court will have to decide whether, in fact, Alexander did violate the terms or if the Sheriff's Office interpreted it too loosely.
"This is going to come down to interpretation of JSO of the court's order."
Under the terms of her bond agreement Alexander was only allowed to leave her home for certain things such as court hearings, doctor's visits, and other approved instances.
The Sheriff's Office has released a statement that says it's inappropriate to comment at this time but they are looking into whether proper protocol was followed.
Alexander's hearing is set for Friday.
