An Orange Park man is dead following a shooting on Jacksonville’s Northside.
Jacksonville Police say witnesses report hearing 35-year-old Gregory Lawley and a homeowner on Bruce Street arguing shortly before hearing gunfire.
A neighbor tells our partner Action News the homeowner admitted to her that he shot the man, and that homeowner is currently being questioned by police.
Lawley was found dead in the street. JSO is still trying to piece together what exactly happened.
