Jacksonville Beach Mayor Charlie Latham is urging people to evacuate and has announced curfews and restrictions for those who make the decision to stay.
The Beaches will be closed September 9th at 10 am.
Alcohol sales will end September 8th at 6 p.m.
The overall curfew for Jacksovnille Beach will start Saturday at 10 p.m. and will go until 6 a.m. the next day and will remain in effect until further notice.
