Mom steals car & crashes with baby in back

The Clay County Sheriff's Office says a 20 year old woman stole her parents car Sunday afternoon from the Dollar General Store parking lot with her 2 year old baby in the back seat.
Cops chased the vehicle and then set up a road block with the woman refused to stop.
That's when deputies say Tiffany Rowland crashed the car into a fence causing a huge pipe to crash through the front windshield through the back.
Mary Justino with the Clay County Sheriff's office says the pipe just missed the baby's head and amazingly no one was hurt.
Rowland is now locked up, facing a slew of charges including aggravated assault with a motor vehicle, aggravated child abuse and grand theft auto.
Rowland has a criminal record and the Department of Children and Families is also investigating.
