A motion to sequester the jury in the Michael Dunn trial was filed this week.
Dunn is set to go on trial next week. He's charged with first-degree murder accused of gunning down Jordan Davis in November of 2012 following an argument over loud music.
Police say Dunn opened fire on a car full of teens at at Southside gas station, killing the 17-year-old Wolfson High School student.
Attorney Cory Strolla filed a motion to not only sequester the jury, but to exclude evidence such as comments, actions, prior comments, and miscellaneous and inflammatory photographs.
