Motive behind knife incident at Baker County High still unclear

Baker County Highschool is still buzzing about this week's knife attack.

The hallways at Baker County highschool are still buzzing after a female student allegedly brings a backpack full of knives to school and holds a student at knifepoint in the cafeteria.

"I believe I know for a fact that she had been to the hospital before," one student tells our Newspartner Action news.

No one was hurt in the incident and we're told the student is right now undergoing a mental evaluation.

We reached out to the Baker County sheriff's office to inquire if charges could be pending against her but have not yet heard back.
