Jacksonville, FL - A road rage shooting on Jacksonville's Westside leaves one man dead. Authorities are now releasing the name of the man who died, and the man they arrested.
Jacksonville Police have arrested 30-year-old Brad Lippincott of Gainesville, FL for the Friday road rage shooting on the Westside that killed 33-year-old Kahron Warnke of Jacksonville.
A witness spoke with WOKV near the crime scene, at the intersection of 103rd and Jammes Road.
Garrett Oliver says he went to the car which was still revving. A little girl who was reportedly inside the vehicle was screaming and Oliver attempted to calm her down. He says he also turned the car off, and put his hand on the chest of the black man in the car who was shaking.
Police says Lippincott was charged with manslaughter and discharging a firearm in public from a vehicle within 1,000 feet of any person.
