Jacksonville, FL — The Jacksonville Jaguars have a limited number of unused tickets for this weekend’s home playoff game against the Buffalo Bills, which will go on sale Thursday.
The Jags sold out the first and largest batch of tickets for this game in just a couple of hours last week. They then received permission from the NFL and their sponsors to remove tarps and make 3,501 additional seats available- which sold out in minutes, along with 1,200 standing room only spots.
Now, the team says they have a limited number of tickets from the NFL, visiting team, player families, and internal holds that will be up for sale Thursday. For what it’s worth, the Bills dispute that they sent any inventory back.
Wait, wait, wait...

Unused tickets from the Bills? Fake news.
We didn't return any tickets. In fact, the next time you need help with a sellout, we'll take more. #GoBills https://t.co/3s8FkjgS6W
The Jags are not saying how many tickets are available. An additional 400 standing room only spots will be sold as well.
Ticket sales start at 3PM Thursday and will only be done online, with a two ticket limit. The tickets themselves will be delivered to your mobile device through the Official Jacksonville Jaguars app.
The game is at EverBank Field on Sunday, January 7th, at 1:05PM.
The Jags announced today that owner Shad Khan and the Jaguars Foundation donated 500 tickets to the game to refugees from around the world who have settled in Northeast Florida. Fans were chosen through Lutheran Social Services of Northeast Florida. Another 500 tickets were donated to Puerto Ricans and their families displaced by Hurricane Maria, now living in North and Central Florida.
The Jaguars Foundation is providing courtesy transportation and a souvenier to each of these fans.
“Whether it’s a home game in August or January, it’s important for the Jaguars to consistently be good citizens and do the right thing for our community. Hopefully the experience on Sunday will give our guests a well-deserved break from what can be severe challenges in their daily lives, and if we can give them a victory on the field, it will make for a perfect day,” Khan says.
Additionally, 1,500 tickets were provided to local service personnel through the Jacksonville Area USO at a subsidized cost of $20 per ticket.
