School security guard accused of sex with student

A Duval County school security guard is accused of having sex with a 17-year-old student.

Police arrested 25-year-old Douglas Andrew Tilley III in January for unlawful sexual activity and transmission of material harmful to minors.

The 17-year-old, only referred to as “AG” in police reports, said she and Tilley had sex twice and exchanged nude pictures via text messages.

The pair met at Frank H. Peterson Academies of Technology, according to the teen.

Tilley called, texted and threatened suicide after she tried to call off the relationship in January, according to the girl.

She also said Tilley sent nude pictures of the teen to her mother and her ex-boyfriend via Facebook.

The 25-year-old is now out on bond.
