Jacksonville, FL. — Jacksonville Police are in the Moncrief area interviewing witnesses after they found a man shot at the intersection of 31st Street and Myrtle Avenue.
The man has not been identified by police at this time but is described to be black in his late teens to early twenties. JSO says he had at least one gunshot to the upper body, and an autopsy will determine how many times he was shot and the wounds he has.

The scene is expected to be closed for 30 to 45 minutes, as police continue to interview witnesses and canvass the area for any type of surveillance video.
