A snake caused the lights to go out temporarily at the St. John's Town center according to a JEA spokesperson.
The snake got into a power station at JTB and Gate Parkway which caused the outtage. A shopper told our newspartner Action news the darkness only lasted for about 30 seconds until the generator kicked in.
JEA has confirmed the lights are back on.
