Eastern Atlantic.... once again the "popcorn" texture to the clouds off the coast of Africa is indicative of a stable atmopshere:

In the E. Pacific.... the hyper active July continues (5 named storms this month). Weakening "Greg" is followed by hurricane "Irwin" then hurricane "Hilary" - that's 5 hurricanes already this season over the E. Pacific.
