Two St. Johns County bus drivers suspended for crash, which sent two students to the hospital

Jacksonville, FL — A day after a crash involving two St. Johns County school buses, we've learned one of the bus drivers has been charged with careless driving.

That's the latest from the Florida Highway Patrol, after they say one of the buses hit the other bus, which was slowing down, sending it into yet another vehicle at International Golf Parkway.

WOKV has also learned both of these bus drivers have been suspended with pay by the St. Johns County School district, pending investigation.

45 Pacetti Bay Middle School students were on the two buses at the time of the crash. 2 had to be transported to the hospital with minor injuries.
