Two life terms without parole for the Jacksonville teen who pled to killing a 13-month-old.
17-year-old Javarris Jawon Lane was watching Alexandria Williams in September 2011 in his home on West First Street. The State Attorney’s Office says he shook the crying toddler, hit her head multiple times on a dresser, and sexually abused the girl. She died days after.
Lane had pleaded guilty to charges of Second Degree Murder, Aggravated Child Abuse, and Sexual Battery on a Child Under 12.
