Two workers have suffered electrical burns while investigating an issue at the CSX building on 500 Water Street.
Gerri Boyce with JEA says one worker is an employee of JEA and the other is a Graham employee.
"One white male, 38, the other 48, received arc flash burns."
Both men were rushed to the hospital. One victim is in serious condition, the other is in life-threatening condition. The building was evacuated as a precaution around 3pm Friday.
