Very warm afternoon but cooler days ahead

Dense fog was a problem early Monday morning but did not create any major issues in the morning commute.

Action News Chief Meteorologist Mike Buresh says we'll have partly sunny skies with another very warm afternoon.  Temps should soar to the low 80's, near the record high.

Buresh says this is our 7th straight day of temps near the record high.

Tuesday will be another very warm day, then we feel cooler air return.

Temperatures will drop significantly by mid-week as a cold front passes through.

This front will also bring rain to NE Florida.  Temperatures will rebound into the 70's by the weekend.
