Jacksonville, FL - The Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office says a kidnapping investigation in Northwest Jacksonville is now being treated as a battery investigation instead.
We’re told 30-year-old Teresa Foudray has now been located by police. Investigators believe she may have been taken forcibly from 8219 Siskin Avenue. Police say she was physically forced from her home in to a car with another unidentified black female inside.
JSO has identified the possible suspect as 20-year-old Ja’Kari “Kari” Clark. He is 5’7”, 160 lbs. He may be driving a grey/silver four-door vehicle, possibly a Honda Accord. Neither Clark nor the vehicle have yet been located.
