We're learning more about the man killed in a crash with a JSO patrol cruiser on the Westside.
Family members say Ray Bullard had six children, four girls and two boys.
Bullard had Jaguars season tickets, and owns a bar, according to relatives.
A neighbor told Action News Bullard also starting riding his Harley again after it sat in the yard for about a year.
Bullard and a friend were on a motorcycle when they collided with a patrol car on its way to a suicide call.
The Jacksonville Sheriff's Office says Officer J.T. Kramarsic had his emergency lights and sirens activated, and slowed before moving through the intersection of Jammes Road and Wilson Boulevard.
But a man riding on the motorcycle with Bullard said they had the green light, and that the officer's car did not have sirens.
A neighbor told Action News she did not hear any sirens prior to the crash, but she did see flashing lights on the patrol car.
Kramarsic went to UF health with non life-threatening injuries. He has since been released from the hospital.
JSO is investigating the varying reports from witnesses.
