Larson says police were called to the San Pablo Apartments off Beach around 8:41 a.m. Thursday where they found Rosa Garcia dead. She apparently worked with her husband at the Jax Beach La Nopalera but stopped 2 months ago to care for the couple's sick 2-year-old daughter. The husband apparently has been missing from work since Monday. Also missing is the family's 2005-2009 silver Nissan Altima with a temporary tag.
Neighbors say the husband is the only person who drives the car. They tell our partner Action News they saw him leaving the apartment complex yesterday morning around 8 a.m. Moments later they say they saw Garcia's sister-in-law enter the complex with the daughter, looking for Garcia. Shortly afterward police arrived
Police say Garcia's husband is not a suspect at this time..you're asked to call JSO or Crimestoppers if you have any information.
