Witnesses say a car was intentionally set on fire after an argument over fast food at a Florida McDonald's.
The fire was spotted outside a Jacksonville McDonald's just after 12:30 Sunday morning.
Sabryna Maré was inside the McDonald's standing in line behind a man an woman who, she says, began to argue.
"They were going at it," said Maré. "She was saying she wanted this and wanted that, and she wanted either a McFlurry or an ice cream on top and he was not in for it. Then he was yelling at her saying he's not going to do it."
Maré said that's when the argument escalated.
"Next thing you know, she says 'I'm going to blow it up,' and we were wondering what are you going to blow up?"
According to a Jacksonville Fire and Rescue incident report, "it" was a 1994 El Dorado. Maré says the woman grabbed the man's keys and ran outside.
"She got something out of the car that happened to be a bottle and then she got gasoline from who knows where. Then she poured everything all over it and next thing you know there was a match and it was up in flames."
Maré said witnesses tried to help the man put the fire out, but when firefighters arrived, it was engulfed.
Meanwhile, Maré said the woman ran through a nearby parking lot, and was never seen again.
After the fire was out, Maré says the man and the car disappeared too.
"It was one second here, one second there, gone. Later we saw the car parked on the side of Beach Boulevard."
According to an official report, the license plate did not match the vehicle.
