The children of a 75-year-old rape victim take the stand at the suspect's trial. The son and daughter of the 75-year-old Ponte Vedra Beach woman against the man accused of beating and raping their mother in 2007. Mastho Davis is accused of sexual battery, assault, kidnapping and burglary. The victim's son Eugene said he found his mother in very poor condition following the attack. "When I came in, she was lying naked on the bed. I knew something happened,' Eugene said "She was very much in pain. My mom, she's strong, she can take pain. But I could tell she was very much in pain." They took the woman to the hospital. It has taken this long to get to trial because Davis was first declared incompetent to stand trial. He is now considered competent. But his victim died of natural causes before the trial could get started. Still, the prosecution will play a video tape of her recounting the event and present DNA evidence from the crime. Defense attorneys claim that the evidence is flawed and everything else is. If Davis is convicted he could face as much as life in prison.
